It is very hard to find a starting place to describe how this country got into the condition it is today. It would seem that our forefathers inadvertently wrote our own self destruction by protecting their own self interest when they wrote our constitution to the United States of America. In the last 40 to 50 years this country has been misguided and abused by its own people from the top to the bottom and on both sides. The system that we used to build this country has been torn apart by its own people and leaders for their own personal interest. It seems that every time our leaders try to solve problems that they made for their own interest, we loose three times:
One: They gain more control over you and you less over them.
Two: It will cost you more and you will get less of the dollar you make.
Three: You will loose more freedom and have more restrictions placed on
you in the name of national security.
History has always said that this country will fall from the inside. On Nov. 22 1963, this country died. It is not that we lost our President; it is who killed him and who is destroying this country every day. Everybody seems to think that the problems in this country today are caused by our elected officials or some other group. The problem is the American people themselves, they are only concerned about themselves. President Bush says that the American people are addicted to oil, they are not. They are addicted to themselves and their own ego. Whatever has happened to this country can only be blamed on ourselves. The American people do more damage to their own people and this country everyday than all the other countries/terrorist combined could or have done. We think we have the best form of government and others are bad. There is no bad form of government; each form of government has its good and bad points. It is the people and its leaders that make the system good or bad. The people of this country and its leaders forgot to be Americans and have become this country’s own worst enemy. They think and do for themselves and not for the country. Other countries make plans for the future that are 20 to 50 years long. This country can’t do that because every 4 years we put someone new in the driver seat. By the time all the changes are done in the government and they take this country in another direction, their 4 years are up and it starts all over again.
There is more to being an American than just being born here. It is not going out and putting a flag out, or putting stickers on your car. Being an American is the same as being a parent, once you start it, it is a 24/7 job the rest of your life. People believe that freedom is the right to do any thing that the laws will let you can do or say you can do. Freedom is a responsibility and a privilege that you are given. Freedom is the ability to self regulate yourself. In other words, it means you learn to say “NO” when you can say “YES”. It means putting the country’s interest first before your own interest. People of this country are no longer dedicated to this country, they are just involved with it for their own interest. They have become the chicken, not the pig. Everyone is talking about the influx of illegal immigrants and other people; they act like the problem just happened. The only reason this problem exists, is that the American people are lazy and will not get off their butt and work. They think they are too good to work. The State of Oklahoma has a state motto; Labor conquers all things. When all the immigrants conquer all the labor in this country and nobody wants to work, they will take this country over.
When I look around and look at the generations today, they are a mirror image of this country. They are looking for handouts and an easy dollar, just like every town, city and state. They have become dependent on handouts from the next level above instead of being dependent on their own and support the next level above. There are many forms of welfare, not just the government handout checks. We are doing everything backwards and are 180 degrees out of phase. We want more but can not take care of what we already have now. Our society has became a throw away society to the point that we don’t take care of anything. This country has become the dumping ground of the world. I would bet that 80% of everything that comes into this country ends up in our land fills.
This country has lost its integrity and its word has no weight behind it. The war that we are in now is the same as the past wars. On the surface it looks like we are doing the right thing, but the real reason is money and power, not freedom. Going to war to protect yourself or another country is one thing, but just to go to war for personal reason is the wrong reason. You can not do for someone that they can’t do for themselves. If you keep helping someone out or fighting their battles, they eventually learn to use and manipulate you. Look at our people on welfare, they have no reason to get off welfare because we give them everything they what. This is one of the reasons that this country is in the shape it is in today. If you do not believe this, look at the generation of today. It is a mirror image of our country, lazy, fat, and stupid and can’t look or think ahead.
I am looking for support for this campaign to try and talk to people about different problems and getting back to the basics. I have figured out how and what it will take to fix this country. The answers are not hard. The hard part is getting the American people to do it. This country is 40 to 60 years behind progress from where it could or should be. I wonder if we can even bring this country back to what it once was, or will we fall to the way side and just be a chapter in the history of this planet. What the American people do in the next few years will determine the future of this country! It is up to you. It is “Your choice, your future.”
