A Question For The American People
Question. What is the difference between the following: wages, salary, reward, blackmail, bribe and donations. There is no difference between them; it is the ethics, morals and reasons behind them. When you get down too it, they are all the same thing. You receive something for services rendered. It is like the carrot in front of the horse, the horse is bribed with a carrot to make him go where you want him to go. The American people are so easily coned into something, they are the horse and don’t even know it. They are so easily bought or made to do what someone wants them to do or believe.
The American people basically don’t care about anything till it is at their front door, then it is too late. People are more interested in going home and sitting in front of the TV and being entertained in their own little world. They don’t care about anything that is going on around them till it affects them directly. They think that if it dose not effect them, then it is not their problem and they will not get involved. While these people are at home watching TV, someone is working on a way to take it all from them. One day we will wake up and we will not have anything to pass down to our children. Preserving this country does not work by waiting for someone else to do it, it takes everybody doing their part. Where would we be today if nobody stood together when this country was formed? Like it was said before; (United we stand, divided we fall).
Most people would not put donations in the same category as the rest, but it is. It is sad that people will send lots of money to charity, whether here or abroad. You see people donating dollars to support TV shows, disaster, charity groups and other organization for what ever reason. Be it for a tax write off, to clear your conscious or to look good in the public eye. But what is sad about the whole thing is, people will give lots of money to charity, but will not spend a few extra dollars on an American made product to support this country. People want someone to pay them a good wage, but they don’t want to pay someone else a good wage. When you invest in this country and take no more than you give, this country will have more to offer than we can ever imagine.
People have gotten addicted to hand outs because they can not stand on there own two feet. The government has learned to give hand outs in some form of welfare to get people to do whatever it wants them to do. Like I said in the beginning, what is the difference between wages, salary, reward, blackmail, bribe and donations? It is the ethics, morals and reasons behind them. People will not do anything to support this country of their own free will unless it directly affects them or they are bribed to do so. Like it was said years ago, don’t ask what the country can do for you, ask what you can do for “YOUR” country. The answers to fixing this country are easy, what is hard is getting people to change their I and me attitude; to a us and we attitude. It is your choice.
